1. Can I Participate if I have never worked out?
Yes, Our fitness program is geared to accommodate all fitness types. Most workouts are timed so that everyone can workout to their best ability.
2. Will I be able to participate if I have an injury?
You should always consult your physician prior to participating in any type of exercise program. In many cases, once given clearance to participate in a workout program by your physician, we can accommodate most injuries with alternate exercises. Be sure to advise us of your limitations.
3. Where is your boot camp?
Our Express 30 Minute morning workouts are held at 1100 Conveyor Lane, Dallas, TX 75247. Workouts are indoors which means; climate controlled, NO BUGS, NO WET GRASS, NO HOT DAYS, NO COLD DAYS, NO RAIN, NO DOG POOP! Our workouts are held inside a gymnastics facility and gives you; spring loaded floors (easy on the knees), foam carpet and new and interesting workouts.
4. What are your boot camp locations and training times?

5. How often can I attend?
Your membership allows you unlimited access. We encourage at minimum 3 workouts per week for best results.
6. What do I need to bring?
Please bring a bottled water, a towel, a yoga mat, wear comfortable workout attire and comfortable gym (cross-trainer) shoes.
7. What can I expect to achieve?
When following our meal and workout plan, participants can expect to lose 1 – 3 pounds per week. You’ll also notice energy and strength increases.
